1]Right Click on the start button then press R it will take you to Run

4]Now there find the Key Called "Startup Delay"
5]Double Click On It and now where its Base,Click Decimal
6]Now its Default Value Is 4800000 (75300:hexadecimal)
7]Change The Value To "40000"

9]Now close the Registry Editor and Restart Your Computer
