1.Create desktop icon for restart and shutdown
Do the following:->

* Right click on your desktop

* Then in NEW click on SHORTCUT

* A shortcut wizard will appear

* Type this in the box: shutdown -s -t 00

* Your done now right click on the folder>properties>Change Icon And then choose any appropriate icon For restart instead of -s type ?r
